At Tali Photos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or refund within the timeframes outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note: We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit if requested.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a refund via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
